About Me	I use design thinking to solve problems. The solutions that I help to develop are further developed with strong lenses on universal design, gamification, among other lenses that may be applied to specific problems. I hold a PhD from George Mason University in Higher Education and Educational Technology, and a BFA/MS in Art History/Fine Arts from Pratt Institute. I also maintain a Master Craftsman certification from Sententia Gamification and a DHS 508 Trusted Tester Certification.
